Magneto!
Clips from the old (and absolutely awful) "Fantastic Four" TV cartoon, in which Magneto appears. In the first clips he's an arrogant asshole, in the second a borderline retard.
And, thanks to google image search, I've discovered that "Magneto" was also the name of a Mexican boy band.
