I hate stuff that is snuck into proposals like that, the article states that this law is embedded into an 800 page "financial aid bill". Makes you wonder how much actually passes under the public eye.

ya, definitely. I wonder how many people actually end up reading the full thing? Hopefully it's just simple bill with a really large font size.
I wonder if any of the congressmen who voted for it actually read the whole thing.
