The goal is obviously to present this information in a humorous way, to make sure that kids listen to it. I understand that goal, as it's an important message, and if you're trying to reach kids then it's better to use something tongue-in-cheek that they aren't going to just make fun of and brush off.

The problem is that child molestation is very very unfunny. Which means their attempts to make it so are absolutely hilarious.
