Good to see some new computer solutions from Microsoft-- this is an interesting use of existing technology, but in its format, encourages a shared computing experience (not to mention the tactile analogies of a tabletop).

Japan now has grooved roads that make driving musical. Perhaps the most annoying thing ever (See extended body for video). It would be an interesting way to control speed though, by grooving for songs that only sound good at a 65mph tempo.
